What problem are we addressing?

Local councils provide channels for reporting potholes, graffiti, damaged signs, drainage, bins, parks and other maintenance issues. CivicConnect focuses on making the internal lifecycle demonstrable: verification, prioritisation, assignment, progress, closure and feedback.

This is a student-built prototype. It is not a replacement for a real council production system and uses no real council integration.
